Welcome to Snapper. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Snapper website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using Snapper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Snapper.
1. Eligibility
- Snapper may be used by individuals of any age.
- If you are under 18, you must have permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, coach, or school to create an account and use Snapper.
- Parents, guardians, coaches, and schools are responsible for supervising minors who use Snapper and for ensuring that any information shared is appropriate and authorized.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
You may not:
- Share your account with another person
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use Snapper for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
3. Use of the Platform
Snapper is designed to provide athlete training, performance tracking, recruiting, and development tools. You agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Interfere with the operation or security of Snapper
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the platform without written permission
- Use Snapper to send spam, malware, or unauthorized communications
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including videos, photos, performance data, comments, and documents. By uploading content, you grant Snapper a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the service. You represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to upload it
- Your content does not violate the rights of another person or organization
Snapper may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Public Profiles and Recruiting Visibility
Snapper may allow athletes to create public profiles and share information with coaches, recruiters, and colleges. You control what information is shared. However, once you make content public or visible to others, Snapper cannot guarantee how third parties will use that information, including organizations such as NCAA member schools or recruiting platforms.
6. Subscription and Payment Terms
Some features of Snapper may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:
- Fees will be billed in advance
- Subscription payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of your access
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
7. Intellectual Property
Snapper, including its name, software, design, logos, content, and features, is owned by Snapper and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Snapper without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Snapper is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:
- Snapper will always be available, secure, or error-free
- Training recommendations, recruiting matches, or performance predictions will produce specific results
- Colleges, coaches, or recruiters will respond to or select a user
Any training, athletic, or recruiting advice is for informational purposes only and should not replace professional coaching, medical, or legal advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snapper and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, opportunities, or recruiting outcomes
- Injuries or damages resulting from training activities or use of the platform
Your use of Snapper is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may stop using Snapper and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Snapper after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Chester County.
